Roles and responsibilities:
- Gain a deep understanding of our customers and analyse current customer journeys to identify areas for improvement.
- Assist in user research, defining success metrics, and driving strategy for product roadmap prioritisation.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams as a product owner in agile scrum environments.
- Monitor project status, assess risks, and execute with business stakeholders end-to-end
- Analyze data structures to derive insights and identify opportunities for enhancement.
- Assist in formulating product requirement documents (PRDs) based on business requirements.
- Identify integration touchpoints and dependencies with domain systems.
- Contribute to the development and management of product roadmaps.
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including UX, engineering, content, and training.
- Work with analytics partners to evaluate business cases and platform performance.
- Participate in rapid cycles of testing and iteration to enhance product offerings.
- Build strong relationships with peers and provide leadership across product, engineering, and business teams.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in business, computer science, engineering, or a related field. Students in their final year or third year of college are also eligible if they meet other criteria.
- Preferably, at least 1 internship experience in core product management, product analytics, ML operations, AI products, or UX research.
- Ability to thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
- Excellent organisational and attention-to-detail skills.
- Availability to commit to a 6-month internship period.
- Available full-time to work. Remote work is acceptable, but candidates willing to join onsite will be preferred
