Inviting applications for the role of Black Belt, Senior Manager, Lean Digital Transformation
At Genpact, we are seeking a highly skilled Senior Manager to lead Lean Six Sigma and Digital Transformation projects with a focus on Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and Generative AI in the domains of Supply Chain and/or Finance. This role requires a deep understanding Supply Chain and/or Finance (Order to Cash, Procure to Pay) fundamentals, process improvement methodologies and the ability to harness cutting-edge technologies to drive impactful change. Knowledge of AI/ML & Gen AI fundamentals & work experience will be an added advantage.
Responsibilities:
Strategic Roadmap: Develop a comprehensive roadmap for driving lean digital transformation and process improvement for our clients' core and enterprise operations. This should include strategies for integrating AI, Machine Learning, and Generative AI into existing processes.
Digital Transformation: Create Point of Views and Art of the Possible assessments, leveraging Digital, Analytics, and Process Re-engineering/re-imagination to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation.
Project Leadership: Lead digital-led transformation projects for the business, individually completing 2-3 high-impact projects annually while adhering to certification guidelines.
Program Management: Manage cross-functional teams and multiple project leads to ensure the timely delivery of results, with a specific focus on scouting and implementing AI and ML-related initiatives.
Business Process Management: Implement and oversee business process management systems for clients, across the 4 pillars of people, process, policy and technology.
Lean Digital Transformation: Drive the adoption of Lean Digital Transformation principles and in house technologies, including training, testing, certification, and the leadership of any other analytics and productivity initiatives.
Mentorship: Coach and mentor Project Owners and Team Members in DMAIC and Lean projects, with upskilling initiatives in the latest technologies
Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with operating teams to deliver key SLAs, productivity commitments, risk mitigation, and other critical business outcomes. Build relationships with stakeholders to diversify Genpact’s engagement.
Continuous Improvement: Establish a governance framework and facilitate ongoing discussions regarding continuous improvement with clients and internal partners.

- Certified Project Manager/Black Belt with expertise in Lean Six Sigma.
- Demonstrated experience in implementing AI, Machine Learning, and Generative AI projects within Supply Chain and Finance domains.
