Responsibilities: Telephony Expense Management Analyst

Expense Audit and Analysis: Conduct regular audits of telephony expenses, including voice, data, and mobile services, to ensure accuracy and compliance with contracts.

Cost Optimization: Identify and implement cost-saving initiatives related to telephony expenses. Analyze usage patterns to recommend optimizations.

Vendor Management: Negotiate contracts and manage relationships with telephony vendors and service providers to secure the best rates and services.

Billing and Allocation: Ensure accurate billing and proper allocation of telephony costs to appropriate departments or business units.

Reporting and Forecasting: Develop and maintain regular reports on telephony expenses, usage trends, and cost-saving achievements. Forecast future expenses based on trends and business needs.

Policy and Compliance: Develop and enforce policies regarding telephony usage. Ensure compliance with these policies and with regulatory requirements related to telecommunications.

Project Support: Support telephony-related projects, including the rollout of new services or migration to new platforms, ensuring cost-efficiency and minimal disruption.

We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Telephony Expense Management Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and optimizing our telephony expenses across the organization. This includes auditing current expenses, identifying cost-saving opportunities, negotiating with vendors, and ensuring accurate billing and allocation of telephony resources. This role is pivotal in controlling costs and maximizing the value from our telephony investments.

#### Required Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, IT, or a related field.

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in telephony expense management, telecommunications, or a similar role.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail.

- Proficient in data analysis tools and Excel.

- Excellent negotiation and vendor management skills.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present findings and recommendations effectively.

- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks and deadlines.


#### Desired Skills:

- Knowledge of telecommunication technologies and services.

- Experience with telephony expense management software or platforms.

- Familiarity with accounting principles and practices related to expense allocation and reporting.
