• assist in all the major income tax assessments;

• independently handle tax assessments of all the small entities;

• draft all the legal submissions to be filed before the tax authorities;

• assist in coordination with the Consultants in connection with all the appellate proceedings;

• prepare the income tax returns;

• coordinate with the tax auditors in the closure of Tax Audits;

• assist in analyzing/exploring all the tax planning related opportunities;

• review the quarterly tax provisions and Fin-48 items; and

• ensure timely and correct response to all India tax related queries;
