The Human Resources Executive will be a key player in driving the HR functions for our operations across India the US and Canada. This role is tailored for someone who thrives in a fastpaced IT consulting bench sales and staffing environment and possesses a comprehensive understanding of HR and immigration practices in the US and Canada. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the entire HR lifecycle supporting our global operations and ensuring compliance with local and international HR practices. Key Responsibilities: Talent Acquisition & Bench Sales Support: Spearhead the recruitment process by identifying staffing requirements crafting job descriptions sourcing candidates and managing bench sales activities to ensure a seamless placement of talent on projects. Onboarding & Integration: Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires ensuring efficient completion of all necessary paperwork and a smooth transition into their roles with a focus on fostering a positive first impression of our corporate culture. Performance & Relationship Management: Oversee performance evaluations and manage employee relations ensuring alignment with organizational goals and fostering a productive inclusive work environment. HR Operations & Compliance: Implement and maintain HR policies ensuring compliance with the legal and regulatory frameworks of India the US and Canada particularly in the areas of labor laws and immigration. Immigration Assistance: Work closely with immigration teams to support the visa application process for candidates and employees in the US and Canada ensuring adherence to immigration policies and procedures. Industryspecific HR Practices: Maintain uptodate knowledge of HR trends and best practices within the IT consulting bench sales and staffing industry applying this knowledge to improve HR functions and contribute to business strategy. Qualifications: Bachelor s or Master s degree in Human Resources Business Administration or related field. At least 35 years of HR experience preferably in the IT consulting bench sales and staffing industry. Solid understanding of HR and immigration laws and practices in India the US and Canada. Excellent interpersonal negotiation and communication skills. Ability to handle multiple priorities and navigate in a fastpaced environment. Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite.
