We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Director to lead our sales efforts in promoting our RPO solutions to prospective clients. The Sales Director will be responsible for developing and executing strategic sales initiatives, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand market share.

  • Provide regular reporting and analysis of sales performance, market trends, and client feedback to senior management.


Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
