Job Description: HappyLocate is hiring for Inside Sales Associate for #Bangalore Location & looking for immediate joiners only / early joiners who can join within 2 weeks. 1. Provide customers with product and service information. 2. Manage end to end customer life cycle: from customer on-boarding to post service engagement with customers. 3. Excellent on Negotiations 4. Responsible for end-to-end lead conversion. 5. Handle customer inquiries via Telephone, Live Chat & and by email. 6. Coordinating with vendors to ensure quality service to customers. 7. Manage escalated service concerns received from customers. 8. Identify and escalate priority issues. 9. Document all calls information according to standard operating procedures (SOP) 10. Operating on CRM tools (Freshdesk) 11. Strong Aptitude for Customer Experience, Customer Satisfaction and Customer Delight. 12. Excellent Communication Skills - both English & Hindi, any local language is desirable. >>Work from Office only<<
