Oversee onboarding and offboarding procedures, ensuring a seamless experience for all employees. Utilize administrative expertise to support the entire business framework, acting as a catalyst for growth. Drive process optimization and innovation, elevating existing processes through automation and ideation. Implement metrics management systems, providing insightful MIS reports and automated dashboards to track customer satisfaction, including NPS. Metrics Management: Develop and implement robust metrics systems, providing valuable insights to stakeholders and driving accountability. Collaborative Approach: Work closely with subject matter experts to gather insights and drive informed decision-making. Requirements: Proven experience managing the hire-to-retire process for large employee bases. Strong understanding of compliance standards and their implications. Demonstrated ability to drive innovation and automation within operational processes. Proficiency in metrics management and reporting, with a focus on customer satisfaction metrics like NPS. Excellent team management skills, with the ability to motivate and empower diverse teams.
