Role Description We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated CAD Engineer with expertise in rear axle design to join our dynamic engineering team. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating detailed 3D models and engineering drawings for rear axle components, ensuring precision, functionality, and adherence to industry standards. As a CAD Engineer, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including mechanical engineers, manufacturing specialists, and project managers, to contribute to the development of high-performance rear axle systems. Responsibilities: CAD Design: ·      Develop detailed 3D models and engineering drawings for rear axle components using CAD software (e.g., Catia, Solid Works). ·      Ensure designs meet performance, durability, and safety requirements while adhering to company standards and industry regulations. 2. Collaboration: ·      Work closely with cross-functional teams, including mechanical engineers, to integrate rear axle components into overall vehicle design. ·      Collaborate with manufacturing specialists to ensure feasibility and efficiency in the production process. 3.  Design Optimization: ·      Iterate designs based on analysis results to enhance performance and durability. 4.Documentation ·      Create and maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation, including design specifications, engineering drawings, and bills of materials. 5. Prototyping and Testing Support: ·      Collaborate with the prototyping team to ensure successful manufacturing of rear axle components. ·      Provide support during prototype testing, analyze results, and make necessary design adjustments. Qualifications ·      Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field. ·      Proven experience as a CAD Engineer with a focus on rear axle design. ·      Proficiency in CAD software (Catia, UG) and other relevant engineering tools. ·      Strong understanding of mechanical engineering principles and automotive systems. ·      Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. ·      Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate in a team environment.
