Job Overview We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a Business-to-Business (B2B) Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for establishing and maintaining strong relationships with our business partners, clients, and government entities. You will play a key role in negotiating and managing commercial contracts, ensuring timely payment of accounts receivable, and driving overall business growth. Qualifications and Skills Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field 7-10 years of experience in B2B sales or business development role Strong knowledge of commercial contracts and government contracting processes Proven track record in contract negotiation and deal closure Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making abilities Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software Experience in the IVD/medical devices industry is a plus Roles and Responsibilities Build and maintain strong relationships with business partners, clients, and government entities Negotiate and manage commercial contracts to ensure mutually beneficial agreements Monitor and track accounts receivable, ensuring timely payment and resolving any payment disputes Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth implementation of customer projects Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and competitive landscape Provide exceptional customer service and address any client concerns or issues in a timely manner
