Build and maintain strong customer relationships by providing exceptional service and addressing inquiries or concerns promptly and professionally. 3. Assist customers in understanding our products, eligibility criteria, and application processes, ensuring clarity and transparency. 4. Collaborate closely with other team members to achieve individual and team targets, contributing to the overall success of the Operations Team. 6. Stay updated on industry trends, product knowledge, and company policies to effectively address customer queries and provide relevant information. Requirements: 1. Excellent verbal communication skills with a clear and articulate phone manner. 2. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with customers. 3. Previous experience in telemarketing, customer service, or sales roles preferred. 4. Basic knowledge of financial products and services, particularly in the fintech sector, is advantageous. 5. Proficiency in using CRM software and other communication tools to manage customer interactions and data. 6. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, multitasking effectively while maintaining attention to detail. 7. High level of integrity, professionalism, and adherence to compliance standards.
