What You Will Do

  • The Portfolio & Program Management Office within Digital Transformation Office is looking for a highly skilled Senior Portfolio Manager based in India. This role will be responsible for program management across multiple highly important, strategic, and complex data and digital programs across Supply Chain and Operations.
  • The Individual needs to have a proven track record in delivering value in Program management for large strategic programs Data and Digital Transformation
  • The ‘Senior Program Manager – Strategic Programs, Digital Transformation’ will play a vital role in driving the successful execution of transformational initiatives, ensuring alignment with our organization's strategic goals, and fostering collaboration among various stakeholders.
  • This position is a core team member of the Program Management Office responsible for the execution of our Kenvue Digital Strategy. He/she will be responsible for shaping the future of our organization through the effective management of key strategic programs.


Key Responsibilities

Program Strategy and Planning:

  • Develop and execute program strategies in alignment with the organization's overall strategic objectives
  • Define clear program objectives, KPIs, and success criteria.
  • Oversee the creation of detailed program plans, including scope, schedule, resources, and budget.


Multi-Stakeholder Collaboration:

  • Lead and facilitate collaboration among a diverse set of stakeholders, both internal and external.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with program sponsors, business units, vendors, and partner organizations.
  • Ensure alignment and clear communication among all parties involved in the programs.


Program Execution:

  • Drive program execution and ensure that program objectives are met on time and within budget.
  • Identify and resolve program-level issues, risks, and dependencies.
  • Implement robust change management and governance processes to ensure successful delivery.


Resource Management:

  • Optimize resource allocation across the programs to ensure efficient utilization of talent and budget.
  • Oversee the recruitment, management, and development of some parts of program teams.
  • Ensure that the necessary skills and expertise are available for program success.


Financial Management:

  • Develop, manage, and monitor program budgets, ensuring fiscal responsibility and cost-effective delivery.
  • Collaborate with finance and accounting teams to ensure accurate financial reporting for the programs.


Risk Management:

  • Identify, assess, and mitigate program-level risks.
  • Develop contingency plans to address potential issues that may arise during program execution.
  • Foster a culture of risk awareness and proactive risk management.


Stakeholder Management and Communication:

  • Communicate program progress, issues, and risks effectively to senior leadership and key stakeholders.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for program-related inquiries and concerns.
  • Provide regular program status updates and reports to senior leadership and governance committees.


Benefits Realization:

  • Define and track benefits realization plans for the programs.
  • Collaborate with project and program teams to ensure that benefits are identified, measured, and reported accurately.
  • Implement benefit realization strategies to maximize the value delivered by the programs.


What We Are Looking For

Required qualifications:

  • A Bachelors' degree is required. Master of Business Administration (MBA) and/or master’s degree in a relevant field is preferred.
  • Minimum of 10 years experience, at least 8 years in data and digital, supply chain, or other relevant functional experience
  • Proven experience as a Senior Program Manager with a successful track record of managing complex, multi-stakeholder programs
  • In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience in program management methods and tools
  • Experience with Microsoft Project (MSP) and Power BI dashboards, as well as other PMO analytics tools
  • Deep understanding of Agile methodology and ways of working
  • Deep understanding of the digital landscape and digital transformation concepts
  • Knowledge and experience working in digital supply chain
  • Proven track record in leading large, cross-functional projects
  • Outstanding stakeholder management, superior influencing, and collaboration skills
  • Strategic mindset, outstanding critical thinking
  • Highly proactive and motivated professional with an ability to think outside the box and a willingness to challenge the status quo
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to understand business and technical functions, process information quickly, and assess impacts on data elements
  • Ability to lead a diverse and geographically dispersed team
  • Strong industry knowledge and business acumen


Preferred qualifications:

  • People management experience is preferred
  • Scrum certification (e.g., Scrum Master) is preferred
  • Project Management certification (e.g., Project Management Professional) is preferred
  • Experience leading or working on global ERP implementation (especially SAP S4 Hana) is a plus What’s In It For You
