Job Summary:

  • The scope of the job is supporting Jira, and the key functions are creating Scrum Projects with customised workflows, managing users, and building reports for higher management. The focus of the role is Application Administration and Development
  • Need to Implement workflows, Screens, Custom fields, and Permissions and Issue Security Both Jira and Manage Engine also need write Automations.
  • Candidate Should have good Exposure in Jira, service now, service desk

Job Duties / Key Accountabilities:

  • Provide and revoke the application access.
  • Create customised projects based on the Team's requirements.
  • Build the customisation reports for Management.
  • Evaluate additional add-ons and Install in the applications.
  • Agile management and administration and Portfolio management and administration.
  • Even cloud-based applications need to be monitored and rectified with any performance issues.

Qualifications / Skills / Knowledge:

Required: Good Exposure to Atlassian tools

Desired: ACP – 620 Cloud Certification
