Job Description: 

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Influencer Specialist to join our brand. The ideal candidate is passionate about influencer marketing, adept at building and nurturing relationships with influencers, and skilled in executing strategic partnerships to drive brand awareness and sales. As an Influencer Specialist, you will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and collaborating with influencers across various social media platforms to promote our brand and products effectively.


Responsibilities:

1. Develop and execute influencer marketing strategies to increase brand visibility, engagement, and conversion rates.

2. Research and identify suitable influencers, content creators, and brand ambassadors aligned with our target audience, brand values, and marketing objectives.

3. Reach out to influencers and negotiate collaboration terms, including content creation, posting schedules, compensation, and performance metrics.

4. Build and maintain strong relationships with influencers, providing ongoing support, guidance, and communication throughout the collaboration process.

5. Coordinate influencer campaigns and partnerships, ensuring all deliverables are met on time and within budget.

6. Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling campaign briefs, content guidelines, and assets for influencer activations.

7. Monitor and analyse influencer performance metrics, including reach, engagement, and ROI, and provide actionable insights and recommendations for optimization.

8. Manage influencer contracts, agreements, and payments, ensuring compliance with legal and ethical guidelines.


Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.

2. Proven experience in influencer marketing for at least 1 year. 

3. Strategic mindset, with the ability to develop and execute effective influencer marketing campaigns that align with business objectives.

4. Familiarity with influencer marketing platforms, tools, and software is a plus.
