Position Overview:


As an E-commerce cataloguing executive, the individual, will be responsible for managing product data and ensuring accurate and consistent cataloguing across various online sales channels. The individual will play a crucial role in optimizing product listings on Driffle's website.


Roles and Responsibilities:


• Product Data Management: Maintain a comprehensive database of product information, including titles, descriptions, SKUs, and attributes, ensuring accuracy and completeness.


• Catalog Optimization: Optimize product listings for search engines and online marketplaces by incorporating relevant keywords, optimizing titles and descriptions, and enhancing product attributes to improve discoverability and conversion rates.


• Image Management: Coordinate with the Design team to ensure high-quality product images that meet the standards of online sales channels, including size, resolution, and background requirements.


• Content Creation: Write compelling and informative product descriptions that highlight key features, benefits, and unique selling points to engage customers and drive conversions.


• Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, content, and product teams to ensure alignment of cataloguing efforts with overall business objectives and marketing strategies.


• Quality Assurance: Conduct regular audits of product listings to identify errors, inconsistencies, and opportunities for improvement, and implement corrective actions as needed.


• Competitor Analysis: Monitor competitor product listings and pricing strategies to stay informed about market trends and identify opportunities for differentiation and competitive advantage.


Qualifications:


• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Minimum 1 Year of experience in E-commerce catalogue management or product data management.

• Familiarity with E-commerce platforms and online marketplace requirements, such as Amazon, eBay, and Walmart.

• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets for data manipulation and analysis.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.
