Job Summary: As an HR Executive, you will be responsible for managing various aspects of the human resources function within the organization. This role involves recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development, and other HR-related tasks to support the organization's goals and objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, resume screening, and making job offers.
  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
  • Coordinate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and ensure timely fulfillment of vacancies.
  • Employee Relations:
  • Serve as a point of contact for employees regarding HR-related inquiries, issues, and grievances.
  • Foster positive employee relations through effective communication, conflict resolution, and mediation.
  • Implement and enforce HR policies and procedures to maintain a healthy work environment.
  • Employee Engagement:
  • Analyze performance data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • HR Administration:
  • Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases.
  • Prepare and distribute HR-related reports and documentation as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience.
  • Bachelor's/ Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven experience in human resources management or related roles.
  • Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
