Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced US recruiter to join our team in Hyderabad. As an US recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring Healthcare professionals for our US clients. You should have a strong understanding of the Healthcare industry and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
· Identify, source, and recruit qualified healthcare professionals, including physicians, nurses, allied health professionals, and administrative staff.
· Build and maintain a network of potential candidates through job boards, social media, professional associations, and other relevant channels.
· Familiarity with regulations such as HIPAA and other healthcare-specific compliance standards.
· Ensure that recruitment processes align with healthcare industry regulations and standards.
· Work closely with healthcare facility administrators and HR teams to understand their staffing needs and unique requirements.
· Possess a deep understanding of various healthcare roles, their responsibilities, and the specific skills required for success in those roles.
· Use applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment technologies to streamline the hiring process and maintain accurate candidate records.
Requirements:
· 1+ years of experience in Healthcare recruiting, supporting US clients.
· Ability and willingness to learn about new requirements & process
· Experience working on ATS would be a plus.
· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
· Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
· Experience with sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.
· Strong negotiation skills and ability to close deals.
Working Hours:
8:30 PM to 5:30 AM(IST) with a fixed week off on Saturday and Sunday.
