Who are you?
We are looking for high energy, motivated and solution-oriented person with a passion for business solutions. You are a strong communicator, enjoy interacting with people and building relationships easily and love a good challenge.
Key Skills:
- Review and Consult on payroll policies, payroll earnings and deductions and calculations in client current state.
- Subject matter expert (SME) for payroll processing, calculations, and compensation-related transactions.
- Understand client business requirements to document needed configurations within Oracle Cloud Payroll module.
- Recommends best practices relating to payroll business processes, workflow, and approvals.
- Support calls relating to definition/validation of payroll-related conversion activities and tasks.
- Update weekly activities to PM on team calls.
- Create and edit test scripts needed for functional testing using Personas.
- Maintain system-related processes and documentation as it relates to Oracle Cloud Payroll.
- Guide client in payroll processes including garnishments, payroll cycle management, monthly payroll accruals, retro pay, adjustments etc.
- Directly collaborate with the technical team to provide guidance on integrations, data conversions, tax questions, and reports.
- Provides training to client in train the trainer approach for the Oracle Payroll Cloud module.
- Mentor other team members relating to configuration and testing for project.
Requirements:
- Oracle Payroll Certification preferred.
- 5+ years in overall payroll experience processing and calculating payroll using Oracle software (on premises or cloud).
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and customer service skills.
- History of working independently and mentoring team members for project.
- Willingness to adapt in a fast paced project.
- Partner with team resources to achieve results.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work with onshore and offshore resources.
- Organized and detail oriented.
- Comfortable leading client calls.
- Comfortable leading training sessions.
Qualification:
Bachelor’s degree preferred or Equivalent experience
