Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Medical Sales Representative located in Hyderabad. As a Medical Sales Representative specializing in nutrition and gynecology, you will play a crucial role in promoting Aurelle's products to nutritionists and gynecologists. Leveraging your expertise in the healthcare field, you will establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, drive product adoption, and contribute to Aurelle's offline sales strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sales Strategy: Develop and implement strategic sales plans to promote Aurelle's products to nutritionists and gynecologists, driving offline revenue growth.
• Stakeholder Engagement/Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals, including nutritionists, gynecologists, and other relevant stakeholders, through regular visits, presentations, and product demonstrations.
• Product Knowledge: Possess in-depth knowledge of Aurelle's products, including their features, benefits, and clinical applications, to effectively communicate value propositions to healthcare professionals.
• Compliance: Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, industry standards, and company policies in all sales activities and interactions with healthcare professionals.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Life Sciences, Healthcare Management, Business Administration).
• 4-5 years of experience in medical sales, preferably in the nutraceuticals category.
• Strong understanding of nutrition and gynecology, including familiarity with industry trends, challenges, and treatment protocols.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and credibility with healthcare professionals.
• Results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
