The Role: We're expanding our team and looking for a Machine Learning Engineer to play crucial roles in developing our custom Large Language Models (LLMs) and optimizing their performance for legal research applications. These positions offer a unique opportunity to contribute to our innovative project's AI backend and React-based frontend. Note: This on-site position is based exclusively in our Madhapur, Hyderabad office. We ask that only applicants willing to work on-site at this location submit their applications. Applicants still completing their coursework are not eligible to apply. Responsibilities Lead the design, implementation, and maintenance of machine learning models, focusing on NLP and LLMs for legal applications. Enhance model training processes, data pipelines, and performance optimization for scalability. Collaborate with front-end developers to integrate AI functionalities into our React UI, ensuring a seamless user experience. Conduct rigorous testing and performance evaluations to inform continuous improvement. Requirements Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science, AI, Machine Learning (ML), or related field. Strong understanding of ML and neural network(NN) concepts. Should be able to train, validate, and test NN models. Proficiency in Python, ML frameworks (e.g., Tensor Flow, PyTorch), and ML ops. General Qualifications Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
