Job description This is a Full-time VIRTUAL (remote) position, based out of India and the candidate must be comfortable to work in Eastern Timezone - Ontario, Canada Position Name:  Sales Developer / Lead Generation Executive Position:  Full Time/Permanent (REMOTE) OR Independent Contract Working Hours:  8 AM to 4 PM EST or 6:30 PM to 1:30 AM IST, Monday to Friday- 40 hours per week. Optional 8 hours on Saturday Occasionally. Location: India (Comfortable to work virtually for a Canadian employer) Start Date: ASAP Duties and Responsibilities: Generating leads and subsequently driving sales pipeline for GTA Canada region at a strategic, sales development, and operational level. Utilizing the following sources but not limited to: E-mail marketing Phone Call Marketing Online lead generation Responsible for new business development as well as account management within sales and lead-generation services. In charge of building and driving a portfolio of new accounts and acting as the primary point of contact. Working closely with the founder on ways to expand the business. Managing and nurturing existing accounts: updates, resolutions, inquiries, and addendums. Managing the company's sales and logistics-related operations using Zoho One CRM software to manage customer accounts by receiving orders, creating shipping labels, making invoices, PL's, BOL's etc. and accepting customer payments. Receiving customer feedback and communicating them to the production department to improve employee/production quality. Preferred candidate profile  Must have skills: Fluent in Hindi/Punjabi and  EXTREMELY FLUENT in Spoken English  as the person will need to listen and speak to native English speakers of North American accent and also communicate with them in written and spoken form via Whatsapp/Email/Phone calls respectively. Undergraduate Degree in BBA, BCOM, Digital Marketing (with basic accounting knowledge- one accounting course is enough) from a reputed college/university in India with a great CGPA; B+ to A+. Proven track record and experience in lead generation using phone call, email and online marketing, and successfully building a pipeline of new accounts for a B2C or B2B market. Experience in Mid-level Sales or Lead generation position; proven ability to manage complex sales projects and work as part of a diverse team. Well versed in developing new accounts and consolidating sales efforts to achieve result-oriented business development goals. High Problem-Solving Skills (need an employee who has great control over his/her behaviour and is able to stay calm and can see beyond conflict and can remain focused on serving the customers and not get swayed by emotions). Good to have skills: Zoho One Certified (not necessary but would be an asset, will provide this training if the prospective good candidate already doesnt have it) 2 to 3+ years of business-to-business OR sales experience for a Canadian or US employer Accounting + order processing Working in EST timezone in the past Notes: - Interested candidates are requested to submit their cover letter expressing their interest in joining our company.
