Position Overview:


We are seeking highly motivated and dynamic individuals to join our team as Sales Development Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to prospective leads generated through our digital marketing activities. Your primary objective will be to initiate meaningful conversations, qualify leads, and schedule appointments for our sales team. This is an excellent opportunity to play a pivotal role in driving our business growth while working remotely from India.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Conduct outbound calls to potential leads in a professional and engaging manner.
  • Engage prospects in conversation to understand their needs and preferences.
  • Qualify leads based on predefined criteria and accurately document relevant information.
  • Effectively communicate the value proposition of Rayna Properties' services and offerings.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads through proactive follow-up and nurturing.
  • Collaborate closely with the sales team to schedule appointments and facilitate seamless handoffs.
  • Achieve and exceed performance targets for call volume, lead qualification, and appointment setting.
  • Continuously strive to enhance product knowledge and sales skills through ongoing training and development.


Requirements:


  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a natural ability to engage people over the phone.
  • 6 months to 5 Years experience.
  • Strong sales acumen and the ability to identify opportunities and overcome objections.
  • Goal-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
  • Self-motivated and able to thrive in a remote work environment.
  • Availability to work flexible hours to accommodate different time zones.
  • Prior experience in the real estate industry is a plus.
