Key responsibilities as below: Lead the development and implementation of internal applications and systems to support various line of services. with key stakeholders to identify requirements, define project scope, and establish project timelines and deliverables. a team of developers, architects, and project managers to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of internal projects. the end-to-end delivery of integrated solutions, ensuring seamless coordination across various projects and team the implementation of solutions, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards continuous improvement initiatives by engaging consulting companies for system and process optimization. systems and processes to identify areas for improvement, streamlining workflows and enhancing efficiency areas for improvement in existing systems and processes. consulting firms and selecting appropriate partners based on the requirements. and integrate third-party software solutions to enhance internal processes and efficiency. the suitability of third-party applications to meet business needs. the procurement process, including vendor evaluation, contract negotiation, and implementation. with internal teams to ensure seamless integration of third-party solutions with existing systems and workflows. technical expertise and guidance to team members, ensuring adherence to best practices and industry standards. and maintain documentation, including system architecture diagrams, technical specifications, and user manuals. updated on emerging technologies and trends in internal applications and systems development, and assess their potential impact on the organization. with industry-leading platforms such as Salesforce, Snowflake, MS Dynamics, and Service Now, leveraging these tools to drive innovative solutions and enhance operational capabilities. Qualifications & Desired Skills: Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; Master's degree will be a plus. years of experience in leading software development teams, with a focus on building internal applications and systems. have a strong background in product engineering, with a deep understanding of product development life cycles and technical expertise to guide teams effectively track record of successfully leading complex development projects from inception to completion. understanding of IT infrastructure, cloud technologies, and server architecture. working with consulting companies to drive system and process improvements. passion for internal systems, with the ability to optimize and innovate processes to drive efficiency and enhance operational effectiveness ability to roll up your sleeves and dive into complex problems, providing hands-on leadership and support to drive project success leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with internal teams and external partners. analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail. to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
