Job Description 1.Collaborate with senior leadership to define communication objectives and develop comprehensive strategies that support the company's overall marketing objectives and brand positioning. 2. Oversee the creation of compelling content for various communication channels, including for various channels including digital platforms, social media, print materials, audio-visuals, website, newsletters, reports, events, and other collaterals. Ensure content is on-brand, accurate, and tailored to target audiences. 3. Uphold and reinforce the company's brand identity and reputation through consistent messaging and communication materials. Maintain brand consistency and integrity, tone of voice and visual identity across all communication channels, ensuring messaging aligns with brand values and guidelines. 4. Cultivate and maintain relationships with journalists, editors, and media outlets to secure positive coverage and manage inquiries effectively. Draft press releases, media pitches, and other materials to disseminate key company news and initiatives. 5. Establish metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of communication initiatives and track progress towards goals. Analyze data and feedback to continuously optimize strategies and tactics. 6. Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of communication professionals, providing guidance, feedback, and support to ensure high-quality deliverables and team success.
