What you will be doing: 1.Should lead the Annual and Mid-year performance process (end to end starting process simulations to closing the annual compensation process.) Suggest better ways to drive annual merit cycle. Must be good with data analysis and hence knowledge of advance excel is mandate. 2.Overseeing employee benefits and planning various benefit programs. Participating in Benefits surveys to propose better EVP in terms of driving successful benefit platforms. 3.Work on Global Job Architecture (Payfactors) and other projects related to compensation systems (Payscale) 4.Benefits implementation & administration including designing and distributing benefits communication materials to employees and managers, resolve employee concerns around benefits. 5.Manage Employee Wellness programs for the employees 6.Support year end activities and audits & ensuring data integrity. 7.Responsible for periodical country payroll reporting and other statutory payroll filings through vendor & team that he/she will be managing. 8.Track compensation and benefits benchmarking data 9.Keep track of prevailing pay rates and make sure we offer competitive compensation plans 10.Draft job descriptions, job analyses and classifications 11.building effective relationships with business teams and managing a range of internal and external stakeholders 12.Design and implement communication techniques and operations aimed at educating and informing workforce about total incentives What you will need for this position: 1.At least 8 to 10 years work experience with at least 5 years’ experience in managing a Compensation & Benefits role 2.Should be well versed with Job Matching Frameworks published by the leading Consulting Firms. 3.Must have exposure to HRIS (Workday) 4.Good analytical skills with the capacity to operate through systems, identify process changes and execute them, and address complex problems 5.Broad range of network and desktop knowledge, including intermediate to advanced proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint. 6.Must possess a Bachelor’s degree, preferably MBA or equivalent. 7.Must have project management experience and ability to self-manage with minimal direction. 8.Collaborative team player who demonstrates flexibility and can-do attitude as part of a motivated, high-performance HR Systems Team in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. 9.Excellent organizational, interpersonal and oral/written communication skills.
