ABOUT THE JOB


Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced SEO and ASO (App Store Optimization) specialist to lead our digital marketing efforts. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of search engine algorithms, keyword research, on-page and off-page optimization, and technical SEO as well as a strong background in optimizing app store listings to increase visibility and downloads. As the SEO and ASO lead, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to improve our website's search engine ranking for relevant KW (Branded and Non-branded) and our app's visibility on various app stores.


Responsibilities:

  • Own KPI’s like Branded and non branded traffic and ranking for target KW’s that are relevant to the business.
  • Lead the ASO for iOS and android apps improve rank and organic install growth
  • Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and drive relevant search traffic to our website.
  • Conduct thorough keyword research to identify opportunities for content optimization and expansion.
  • Optimize website content, including landing pages, blog posts, and product pages, for relevant keywords and user intent.
  • Monitor and analyze website performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics and Search Console, heatmaps, A/B testing of design, third party benchmarks to identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with content creators, designers, and developers to implement SEO best practices throughout the website.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and algorithm changes in SEO and search engine marketing.
  • Conduct competitive analysis and market research to identify ASO opportunities and trends.
  • Monitor app store rankings and user reviews, and implement strategies to improve app store ratings and user satisfaction.
  • Work closely with the product development team to ensure that ASO considerations are integrated into the app development process.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in SEO and ASO with a track record of improving search rankings and app store visibility.
  • In-depth knowledge of search engine algorithms, ranking factors, and SEO best practices.
  • Familiarity with SEO and ASO tools and platforms such as App Store Connect, Google Play Console, Sensor Tower, and App Annie, Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, webmaster tools, and keyword research tools etc.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive informed decisions.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally with multiple teams.
  • Creative problem-solving abilities and a proactive mindset.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and best practices in SEO and ASO.
