The noon ecosystem of services now includes marketplaces for food delivery, quick-commerce, fintech, and fashion. noon is a work in progress; we’re six years in, but only 5% done . With a young, aggressive, and talented team, we're driving major missions forward. Prepare Employment Contracts, Letters for all noon countries Ensure that all the employees requests on HR helpdesk - limited to bank letters, official letters, NOCs, status change letters, payslips etc. are addressed properly and timely. Update employee data on HRMS Update employee data on efiles Maintain trackers and dashboard to provide updates for the People Lead & business. Provide administrative & data support when required. Follow the department's SOPs to ensure KPIs & SLAs are met. What you’ll need: Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a Shared Service role. Experience in managing a volume-based role. Excellent verbal and written communication in English Critical thinking and problem-solving skills Strong bias for action. Ability to be resourceful and manage multiple priorities Attention to detail and quality Who will excel?
