Role: Auto Content Manager Location: Gurugram, Haryana Experience: 10+ Years Grade: Manager/Sr. Manager Hiring Requirement: Urgent Appropriate Notice Period: 15-30 Days Description: As Domain Lead, you wear several hats, aiming for a smooth client experience with various content projects. Your endeavour must be to deliver the content projects in a timely manner with the given resources, ensuring the set operating margins are met. Apart from handling the client and the team, you must also wear the hat of an Automobile SME, a Quality Expert, and a Master Trainer for conducting TTTs for the organization’s trainers. You should perform well under deadlines and be detail-oriented. We are looking for candidates who possess the ability to think both creatively and analytically. Content manager duties include producing content, writing, editing and proofreading, formulating content strategies and managing a content team, among other tasks. Responsibilities: with Key Account Stakeholders in F2F and Virtual Meetings a content team consisting of instructional designers, content developers, graphic designers, etc. for ensuring high quality and timely deliverables quality checks on all formats/modalities of content created content pitches/ proposals for new content opportunities/product launches outlining your new content solutions to the clients for growing accounts boot camps as a Master Trainer for product launch content created trainers on new automobile technologies the project, planning and outlining project scope, objectives, and deliverables and maintaining communication with the project team, management and stakeholders the project and creating required documentation and reports for the management editing and proofreading content. a cross-platform content strategy. with team members to develop new ideas. a following on social media. editorial, creative and technical support to team members. web analytics to ascertain content engagement levels. content across all platforms, including email and social media. content strategy aligned with short-term and long-term marketing targets with marketing and design teams to plan and develop site content, style and layout engaging content proofread and improve content created by IDs content management systems to analyze website traffic and users engagement metrics creativity in content initiatives (e.g. stay up-to-date with developments and generate new ideas to draw audience’s attention) subject expertise and guidance to content team Knowledge Requirements: Subject Matter Expertise (2W & 4W- ICE and EVs) including knowledge of current and emerging automobile technology. knowledge of Instructional Designing (Video, multimedia, and graphic material production principles and practices; eLearning principles and practices; understanding of adult learning theory and practice) understanding/ working knowledge on content creation/authoring tools- Articulate Storyline, Captivate, etc. understanding/ working knowledge on graphics designing tools (Adobe Creative Cloud- After Effects, Animate, Premier Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator, etc) principles; management principles and practices; Skills Requirements: powerful presentations using PowerPoint Management Cost Management effectively through oral and written mediums.
