Job Description:

Looking for a Business Analyst. The ideal candidate will have a strong command of MS Excel, and familiarity with Salesforce would be a definite plus. Excellent communication skills are crucial, as this position involves collaborating with BDM and Area Managers to enhance Salesforce utilization and improve performance metrics.

Responsibilities:

1. Salesforce Management: Utilize Salesforce tools to monitor, analyse, and optimize sales performance metrics. Collaborate closely with teams to ensure accurate data entry and reporting.

2. Reporting: Compile and disseminate monthly reports to stakeholders, emphasizing key performance indicators and trends. Generate ad-hoc reports as needed.

3. Process Improvement: Identify areas for process enhancement within Salesforce workflows and collaborate with BDM and Area Managers to drive improvements.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field is preferred.

2. Proficiency in MS Excel, including advanced functions like pivot tables, formulas, and data visualization.

3. Experience with Salesforce or other CRM platforms is highly desirable.

4. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail.

5. Excellent communication skills, both oral and written, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely.
