Why Business Unit/Function ?

When it comes to content and design, we mean business. Our Design Chapter sits within Digital and we’re responsible for supporting both business objectives and customer needs across the Enterprise division of BT.

These are exciting times for the Enterprise teams in Digital – and for the Chapter, in particular, as we look to scale in the coming months.

The Content Designer role is responsible for creating, updating, and reviewing content around the user journey for their specific squad, while the successful individual will be adept at using evidence, data, and research to inform decisions and change things for the better.

What I’ll be doing – your accountabilities

  • closely with Research, Product, Proposition, Design, SEO and Marketing to to ensure our content is evidence based, user centred and continually optimised
  • content opportunities to test and learn
  • part in user research seassions and be able to work with multidisciplinary, agile teams to contribute to an overall user experience.

Skills required for the job:
