But people don’t know where to buy the products their favorite content creators have displayed in their content. Wishlink is creating a new way of shopping online by building a discovery-led shopping experience based on creators. Creators know what their audience wants and likes, and the audience places their trust on creators for product recommendations. Our Mission Ecommerce hasn’t changed in the last 30 years with respect to how users discover new products. Browsing through thousands and thousands of products is a hassle. It is changing now with content creators coming into the picture and helping users discover new products across millions of SKUs on thousands of eCommerce websites. Our mission is to build a hyper-personalized shopping experience for every user, which is creator-led, so that every user can get exactly what they are looking for. We are on a mission to define new charters at the intersection of two of the most prominent aspects of the internet - e-commerce and social media. Team & Investors We’re 3 founders, Chandan, Shaurya, and Divyansh, friends from college with a shared passion to solve real-world problems at scale and consume content for hours (XD). We have raised a seed round of ~$7M, led by Elevation Capital and Fundamentum (marquee investor with strong consumer tech and products portfolio) and an amazing cohort of 40+ angel investors. What are we looking for? 1.  GTM, Product Positioning & Launch Strategy & Execution: - Develop go-to-market strategies for new Product features and Brand launches. - Define product positioning and messaging for target audiences. - Collaborate cross-functionally for successful product launches. 2.  Ideate & Execute Monthly Marketing Calendar: - Develop a comprehensive monthly marketing calendar to boost sales, GMV, creator engagement, product adoption, and creator retention. - Collaborate cross-functionally to align initiatives with business objectives. - Utilize omni-channels strategy(PN, Whatsapp, Email, SMS, In-product banners) to execute campaigns effectively. 3.  Ideate & Execute User Journeys Across Product Funnels: - Understand user personas to create effective user journeys. - Develop cross-channel strategies for guiding users through the funnel. - Continuously optimize user journeys based on data insights. 4.  A/B Experiments: - Plan and execute A/B tests to optimize key metrics. - Analyze results to derive actionable insights for future campaigns. - Foster a culture of experimentation for marketing effectiveness. 5.  Publish Weekly/Monthly/Quarterly Report Dashboard : - Create dashboards to track campaign KPIs and business contributions. - Provide regular reports to stakeholders, utilizing data for decision-making. - Drive continuous improvement based on performance insights. 6.  Customer and Competitive Analysis : - Conduct thorough customer and competitive analysis to understand market dynamics. - Collaborate closely with the customer insights team to become the authority on customer needs and preferences. - Stay updated on industry trends and monitor competitor activity for assigned business solutions. - Keep track of market share and competitor strategies, informing marketing strategies accordingly for sustained competitiveness. Requirement: Minimum 3 years of experience in Campaign Execution, Retention, or Product Marketing. Proven capability in driving marketing objectives through various channels such as Push Notifications (PN), WhatsApp, SMS, Email, and in-product communications. Detail-oriented with the ability to collaborate effectively with designers, copywriters, and stakeholders to ensure the effective delivery of campaigns. Strong prioritization and multitasking skills, capable of thriving in a fast-paced, deadline-focused environment. Proficiency in WebEngage, Clevertap, or Moengage is essential. Experience communicating results to stakeholders, translating insights into actionable recommendations. Familiarity with test and learn methodologies, marketing optimization techniques, and experimentation practices.
