These positions interact with various bank personnel while serving as a resource agent for all deposit operational areas, and assisting in the verification of processes and applications.

About the Role:
- Review and investigate debit card/ACH disputes claims
- Customer Service related functions
- Coordinate investigations with local, state, and federal law enforcement agencies
- Review and attend training related to dispute programs and services
- Maintains detailed records on all work responsibilities as required
- Process ACH and debit card disputes
- Process ACH Transactions when needed
- Maintain training and education needs related to Regulation E and NACHA rules
- Ensures all departmental documents and activities are performed in compliance with applicable laws, regulations, policies, and procedures
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned
Requirements for the Role:
- Analytical and SQL skills is essential
- Proficiency in Google Sheets is also required.
