- Shall perform/supervise calculations, prepare material requisitions, service requisitions, technical specifications and quantity take offs and provide input for drawings during all phases of the Project.
- Shall check/ review the drawings prepared
- by the designers.
- Shall assist in development of basic layout drawings.
- Shall create perspectives and presentation of design.
- Manage support function including tracking, reporting and internal communication of mock-up and material approvals.
- Review BOQ's, specification and drawings issued by consultant to confirm compliance to regulatory guidelines.
- Understanding Engineering procedures and design guides.
- Understanding of regulatory Indian and International codes and standards, industry practices and design criteria pertinent to architectural engineering design.
Architect with 3-5 years of experience in Healthcare or Hotels or Elite Housing Projects. Should have exposure to design office practices and familiarity with computer aided design and 3D modelling tools like Revit. Should possess knowledge on latest trends in Architectural engineering, the principles and practices of related technical areas.
