Purpose of the Job:

As Lead Marketing communication, you will be leading the hyperlocal marketing charter for Airtel Xstream Fiber and Airtel Xsafe brands. You will be the point of contact with cross-functional teams for all communications going from the business to customers & the owner of the marketing budget for both central and circle marketing activities. You will need to ensure brand salience in all forms of communication and work in tandem with the CFT to provide support and create brand awareness and intent to purchase.


Key responsibilities:

Create visibility to drive TOMA and preference for the brand.

  • Design & Create innovative communication plans, manage BTL toolkit for new town launches, and lead micromarketing awareness activities nationally.
  • Ideate and create new digital campaigns with the growth team to increase lead and acquisitions, minimize acquisition cost per lead through lucid and attractive communication.
  • Work closely with external agencies and circles to develop and execute online and offline hyper-local micromarketing activities
  • Manage the marketing budget for LOB
  • Collaborate with consumer insights team to find new behavioral trends and insights, and translate them into marketing plans.
  • Work with circle teams to churn out consumer stories
  • Track effectiveness of customer engagement (TOMA, preference, youth etc.) and retail effectiveness programmes.

Qualifications:

  • Graduate & MBA preferred.
