Location- Gurugram/Bangalore/ Pune/ Mumbai Exp- 3-4 Years Client delivery responsibilities Analyzing market trends, growth drivers, CXO priorities for focused Accounts and Industries Creating in-depth reports, presentations and point of view on critical business processes and challenges Providing business forecasts Supporting business development and project delivery through customised demonstrations, presentations, training to sales, pre-sales and client deliver teams Becoming catalysts for internal change to support adoption of better and modern management practices that are adapted and synchronized to the changing market landscape Preparing impact analyses and evaluation of the actual impact of changes Collaborating with the Projects Managers to integrate change management activities into the existing project plans. Studying competition and proposing solutions to business problems, both internal and external Working closely with top customers to keep them updated on process changes designed to improve service; focus on superior customer satisfaction Establishing communication networks with other Consultants who work as IT or Recruitment Specialists; to succinctly articulate business requirement Analyzing client P&L, balance sheets, annual reports to find avenues for cost optimization and determine their strategic priorities Discovering new opportunities and markets for businesses growth Qualifications At a minimum, have a Bachelor’s degree in the areas of Information Technology, Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, Business, Finance, Economics, or other related major from reputable university with excellent academic record. Master’s degree will be an advantage. Has 3 to 4 years of working experience in core Strategy/Transformation/Process Excellence Advisory Min GPA 3.00 out of 4.00 from reputable university Excellent skills in both written and verbal in English Strong problem solving skills, presentation and communication. Go getter attitude and positive mindset Ability to work engage effectively with diverse cultural and global stakeholders Knowledge of a European foreign language (esp. French or German) is an added advantage Excellent analytical skills for both business and technology solutions to enable the development of business process and/or technical solutions, including documentation of business problems in a clear concise manner.
