You should have expertise in Accounting Knowledge in Fixed Assets, Intercompany and Month end closing and reporting.ResponsibilitiesIn this role, you will be responsible for all the activities related to month end closing activities. • Contributing to the monthly corporate reporting processo Gathering and preparing journal entrieso Issuance of monthly financial statementso Preparation of financial reporting for forecast and budget • Client P&Ls o Responsible for reviewing monthly client P&Ls and distribution• Monthly analysis and review of balance sheet accounts and expense accountso Balance Sheet reconciliationso Analysis of expense accounts – trends, reasons for increases, etc.o Analysis and preparation/reversal of monthly accrualso Coding invoices to proper expense accounts to ensure costs are properly captured• Payroll reconciliation • Bank Reconciliations• Responsible for intercompany balanceso Review of all intercompany invoices and posting of related transactionso Reconciliation of all intercompany accounts• Thorough understanding of P/L & B/S reporting process, prior experience in HFM is preferable Qualifications we seek in youMinimum qualifications• Minimum bachelor's degree – B.Com, M.COM/MBA with last relevant experience in RTR process• Ability to understand instructions, analysis transactions, match transactions & report correct reconciliations.• Ensure all controls are followed & existing exceptions / responses are reviewed before finalizing reconciliations• Ability to handle varied volumes of workloads and to reach targets and deadlines on a timely basis• Strong organization and computer skills• Able to communication with stakeholders on day-to-day routine activities• Good understanding of accounting concepts and Eye for detail with quick response timePreferred qualifications• Meaningful Experience in reputed Captive/Outsourcing RTR Ops• Good Written/Verbal Communication• MS Excel Knowledge, Pivot, VLOOKUP, Macros• IT skills: ERP (PeopleSoft/SAP/Oracle/Workday Financial), MS Office• Partner Management experience• Quality Lean/Process Improvement knowledge
