Our company is looking for a Customer care executive to join our team.


Responsibilities


  • Identify customer needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions and/or alternatives.
  • Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets.
  • Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra mile.
  • Proficiency in spoken and written English.
  • Manage inbound and outbound calls, Mails and Chats in a timely manner.
  • Interact with other departments including to meet and deliver customer requirements.
  • Collaborate with management teams to stay updated on new products, services, and policies and other duties as requested.
  • Answer calls professionally to provide information about products and attention to detail. singular focus on quality.
  • Refer unresolved customer grievances or special requests to designated departments for further investigation.
  • Engage with clients in a friendly and professional manner while actively listening to their concerns;
  • Follow up to ensure that appropriate actions were taken on customers requests;
  • Basic computer and internet skills.
  • Have a positive attitude and mindset.


Requirements


  • Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively;
  • Experience required 0 to 4 years;
  • Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening;
  • Previous experience in a customer support role;
  • 10+2 High school degree, Diploma, Graduation;
  • Problem-Solving Approach;
  • Strong client communication skills (In English, both spoken and written).
