About Role - This exciting role of an Associate Director - Compensation & Benefits will establish best practices, attract high-quality employees and reduce turnover. Your expertise in researching employee motives, implementing appealing rewards and tailoring benefit programs based on staff need would make you a great fit for this position. This is an exciting role and would entail you to Serves as the primary advisor to senior leadership by supporting a resolution of compensation and benefits issues, analyzing situations, and developing customized solutions to compensation matters. Alongside implementing the rewards and benefits policies, ensuring that these support the business objectives and meet all legal requirements is a vital part of the role. The continual evaluation of Annalect's compensation and benefits packages in the competitive landscape, including base pay, incentive pay, discretionary and non-discretionary bonus, health and welfare benefits, and retirement benefits is a fundamental part of this role. The compensation and benefits Head will be expected to manage budgets and have an understanding of Annalect’s aims and business profitability. Developing and implementing the reward strategy, including salary benchmarking, pension arrangements, benefits management, and annual compensation events such as bonus and salary reviews. Responsible for ensuring all regulatory compliance of benefits plans by maintaining current knowledge of applicable statutory requirements and informing management of needed action. Serves as a point of contact for external benefit vendors, third-party administrators, etc., to ensure benefit administration and compliance. Manages annual compensation processes (job reviews, salary surveys, promotion cycles, salary increases, etc.) for assigned agencies. Monitors the effectiveness of existing compensation policies, guidelines, and procedures and provides compensation trend analysis. Designing and implementing relevant and intuitive compensation schemes. Maintain and communicate methodology for pay decisions, job evaluations, and levelling in partnership with recruiters, EEMs, and hiring managers. Accountability for all policies relating to internal transfers. This will include knowledge of immigration, expatriate taxation, and mobility practices. Having the latest market knowledge, including recent tax inferences, particularly concerning benefits and pay. Being the trustee of several benefits arrangements (pensions, life assurance, and healthcare). This may be the right role for you if you have High proficiency and tenure (>12 years) with Compensation & Benefits, Total rewards strategy, program design, and global program/process management. Hands-on knowledge and prior experience in HR practices and compensation cycle management. Multi years’ experience with HR transformation and complex program management focusing on achieving project/program goals and objectives Familiarity with various types of incentives and benefits Adequate knowledge of current labour rules and regulations. Professional, quickly establishes personal credibility, builds effective relationships across different cultures, and demonstrates expertise. Experience of working within a fast-paced corporate environment Able to work successfully with teams, handling multiple projects and meeting tight deadlines under pressure. Strong analytical skills with superior attention to detail. Resourceful and self-motivated.
