Upholding the principles and practices that have been established within Canadian Operations and that our Stakeholders have come to expect.What will you do? Align talent strategy to support Canadian initiatives.Enable success of teams by providing tools, coaching, and development opportunitiesManage the review of practitioners’ progression, performance, and compensation.Contribute to the Chapter Management team.Analyze and define user needs and translate them into requirements/epics/user stories/data mapping documents.Analyze and document how systems, processes, procedures, and clients will be impacted by future development with a focus on the links between processes and systems throughout the organisation.Create and/or provide comments into internal and external communications and user documentation.Review and provide comments on business and technical documentation.Support business on the roll-out of what has been developed with a focus on end-to-end validation.What do you need to succeed? 3-5 years as a business consultant3+ years experience leading and empowering peopleProven track record of high performance with a bias for action.Demonstrate knowledge of business and/or technology platforms or ability to learn about technology and digital products.Experience working with client facing technologies/digital engagement platforms.Experience in transformational system work, moving from legacy system to modern system.Skilled in test execution and understanding the outcomes.Strong communication skills with the ability to communicate clearly and simply both complex business and technical concepts and align organization on decisions.Ability to work and demonstrate cooperation in a matrixed team environment.Experience with data & integration modelling.Experience with business case development and modelling.Excellent multitasking, prioritization, and time management skills.Comfortable working in ambiguous environments.What’s in it for you?
