We are backed by top venture capital firms – Tiger Global, Accel Partners, Elevation Capital,&BlumeVentures.Forvirtualexperience,visit www.spinny.com Job Description: As a B2B Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to engage and support our dealer network. You will work closely with both internal teams and external partners to drive demand generation, brand awareness, and dealer loyalty. Responsibilities: 1. Develop Marketing Strategies : Create and implement marketing plans and campaigns tailored to support dealer engagement objectives, including promotions, events, and co-marketing initiatives. 2. Dealer Engagement : Maintaining visibility with large dealers at the group level by driving collaboration across BUs. Identifying opportunities to deepen relationships with key dealerships by understanding their evolving needs, seeking feedback, and providing quick issue resolution to enhance dealer satisfaction and loyalty. 3. Brand Awareness : Increase brand awareness and visibility within dealer networks through targeted marketing activities and materials. 4. Partnership and Collaboration : Collaborate with internal teams, external partners, and influencers to amplify marketing efforts, reach new audiences, and create mutually beneficial partnerships that drive engagement and brand awareness. 5. Performance Monitoring and Analysis : Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns and initiatives, using key metrics and analytics tools to measure engagement, ROI, and effectiveness, and make data-driven decisions to optimize future strategies. 6. Stay Current with Industry Trends : Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify new opportunities for dealer engagement. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field. Proven experience in marketing, preferably in a B2B or dealer/channel marketing role. Strong understanding of marketing principles and techniques, including digital marketing, content marketing, and social media. Should be willing to travel to manage marketing events/campaigns. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively with internal teams and external partners. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and insights to drive informed marketing decisions. Highly organized with strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines. Experience working in the automotive industry or with dealer networks is a plus
