Must have experience in audits of L&D or Quality or both Training and Quality function (no IT or Financial audit candidates) relevant experience 4-5 years The person will be required to join by last week of Sep 24. Resource will be working on preventive mechanisms require a high level of precision, self-control, decision-making ability, passion for work, be more authentic and redundant on data management. Bring in uniformity across the business in terms of evidence submission Further review Policies and Documents from Compliance perspective. Suggest best practices & make a robust process to minimize risk of observation/ non-compliance from External audit perspective Re-define cycles for self-assessment across regions / segments Plan phase wise audit assessment calendar and ensure timely completion of audit related activities Manage and lead all audit related tasks and work towards improving process efficiency Be collaborative and have good partnership with internal teams / stake holders Ensure organization and process is complaint from ISAE & SOX Compliance perspective Key skills required
