About the role: The HR Transformation Lead is responsible for the support and maintenance of the company’s HR systems. He/She is charged with processing employee data, generating HR-related reports, managing system upgrades, and maintaining data integrity.

Important deliverables:

  • Designing the experience for each HR touchpoint that an employee sees after their onboarding to ensure engagement and ease of use.
  • To Partner with businesses and deploy the right tool for each touchpoint (Oracle, Workday, ServiceNow etc).
  • Maintaining data integrity in systems by regularly analyzing data, researching and analyzing existing systems and processes; identifying data and process flows and integration points.
  • Lead specialized teams to manage employee lifecycle across Hire, Transfers, Promotions, Exit / Termination and other day-to-day activities of the HRMS.
  • Supporting management on structural policy matters related to the HRMS and catering all business requirement with respect to data availability.
  • Process adherence of Position Management and strong governance of AOP
  • End to end ownership of all the BPM processes
  • Working alongside the HR Tech team and Engineering Team to perform regular assessments and improvements to the HRMS.
  • Designing user-friendly processes, guidelines, and documentation.
  • Overseeing all system upgrades and system additions in partnership with the HR Tech & Engineering Team
  • Ensuring all HR-related systems are compliant with data protection laws.
  • Complete ownership of support, maintenance and enhancements related to HRMS
  • Coordinates with business sponsors/users for requirements, discuss issues and work directly with the development team to build solutions, discuss requirements, testing solutions, etc.
  • Gather detailed requirements, produce business requirement documents (BRDs), Conduct, lead, manage UAT and results
  • Working on change management and communication for new journeys put together and keeping abreast of upgrades in technology solutions used.
  • Partner with HR Business Partners and CoE verticals like Talent Acquisition, Payroll, Compensation & Benefits etc to deliver critical employee interventions like annual salary revisions, legal entity transfers using systemic solutions.
  • Serve as the escalation point for the integrity, review and analysis of data, on-going audits, and reporting.


Qualifications and Skills


  • MBA with 2 to 5 Yrs of experience in handing HR Systems with exposure to Oracle HRMS
