Job Role:

We are seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive support to our Founder. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of four years of experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of managing busy schedules, planning intricate travel itineraries, and orchestrating successful events. Preferred candidates will also possess a network of connections within the top hotels and airlines in India.


Key Responsibilities:

● Manage the CEO’s calendar and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements efficiently.

● Act as the primary point of contact between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders, including clients, investors, and board members.

● Utilise established connections to secure bookings at top hotels and airlines in India.

● Provide general administrative support to the CEO, including managing email correspondence,

handling expenses, and maintaining organized filing systems

● Draft, review and send communications on behalf of the CEO

● Handle ad-hoc tasks and special projects as they arise, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.



What we are looking for:

● Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field preferred.

● Minimum of four years of experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role, supporting C-suite

executives or business leaders.

● Proven experience in managing complex calendars, travel arrangements, and event logistics.

● Strong organizational skills with impeccable attention to detail and the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.

● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact confidently with individuals at all levels.
