About the Role:

The role incumbent will be part of the Franchise team supporting the holidays business. The role involves facilitating partnerships with our preferred Franchise partners to expand and enhance holiday offerings in specific regions or markets.


What will you be doing:


Assisting in formulating exclusive customized itineraries for partners.

Designing itineraries, costing, and booking hotels; coordinating with corporate and MSMEs for ad-hoc groups to confirm business.

Handling partners' offline queries for international & domestic holiday packages, following up with partners for confirmation.

Handling domestic and international vendor coordination.

Ability to negotiate on behalf of MakeMyTrip.

Adhering to compliance related to vendor discrepancies and timely booking closure.


Qualification & Experience:


A graduate from a reputed institute with a minimum of 6 years of pertinent experience is required.

Candidate should demonstrate familiarity with both domestic and international tourist destinations.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.


Key Success Factors for the role:


Good knowledge about travel industry and geography.

Must have prior experience of creating domestic and international package itineraries.

Be available throughout the day for partners interactions.
