Job Title: Team Leader Claim Adjudication Location: Chennai Job Type: Full-Time Time: Any Shift to be Convenient Salary: Based on Last Drawn Interview Mode: Walk-in Experience: 5 to 6 Years Notice: 15 to 20 Days As a Team Leader in Claim Adjudication, your primary responsibilities will include overseeing and managing the daily operations of the claims processing team. This involves supervising a team of claims adjudicators, ensuring timely and accurate processing of claims, and maintaining a high standard of quality and compliance with relevant regulations. Key duties and qualifications for this role include: Responsibilities: Supervision and Leadership: Lead and manage a team of claims adjudicators, providing guidance, support, and training as needed. Foster a positive and collaborative team environment to optimize productivity and efficiency. Claims Processing Oversight: Oversee the. daily processing of claims, ensuring accuracy and adherence to established guidelines. Monitor workflow queues to prioritize tasks and manage inventory effectively. Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant regulatory requirements, with a particular focus on meeting Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) guidelines. Stay updated on industry regulations and communicate changes to the team. Quality Assurance: Implement and enforce quality assurance measures to maintain high standards in claims processing. Conduct regular audits to identify and address areas for improvement. Performance Metrics: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to assess team and individual performance. Implement strategies for continuous improvement and achievement of performance targets. Communication: Collaborate with other departments and stakeholders to address issues, share information, and optimize processes. Communicate effectively with team members and provide regular feedback. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience. Proven experience in claims adjudication or a similar role within the healthcare industry. Strong leadership and team management skills. In-depth knowledge of CMS guidelines and other relevant regulations. Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities. Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
