Role : Global Head of Delivery/Operations, Enterprise Product Services

Location : Chennai


Job Role:



  • 20+ years of operations leadership and technical experience required in Technical Support areas (Switching, Routing, and related domains)
  • Previous experience of successfully leading large delivery teams (3000+) across geographies (India, Philippines, Europe, Latin America, and US), with a strong focus on talent management.
  • Strong track record of driving operational discipline, process orientation, and innovation mindset to ensure
  • High CSAT is consistently achieved
  • Gross margin and EBITDA are continually optimized
  • Strong client service orientation, a solid reputation and credibility with global clients for delivering client value and impact.
  • Strong analytics and transformation mindset
  • Experience and ability in developing and implementing Continuous improvement practises




Responsibilities



  • End to end responsibility for delivery excellence of all the accounts and programs rolling up to this role through a strong governance and review mechanism.
  • Coordination with cross functional teams to hire, on-board and manage talent development to meet service level agreements
  • Continual Innovation aimed at reducing of cost of delivery – bring about high degrees of industrialization, delivery process standardization and reuse across the lifecycle
  • Accurate forecasting of revenue, head count, profitability, margins, bill rates and utilization. Responsible for maintaining all contractual and legal artefacts related to the client engagements.
  • Building an industry leading team globally, by retaining, attracting, mentoring, and developing some of the best available people in the market. Determine how the organization should best deploy its resources to gain competitive advantage
