Exp : 5 to 10 years.


Purpose of job:


The job holder will need to lead the Recruitment Operations by managing the team and provide effective guidance. Should also be able to act proactively to ensure smooth team operations and effective collaboration. Responsible for understanding the client and fulfil their recruitment needs by providing suitable profiles on a timely manner. Focusing on closures thru which achieving the team targets are essential for this role.

Accountabilities, responsibilities and main duties:


  • Build client relationship with existing and new clients and responsible for building the Client Portfolio / Key Accounts in order to get repeat business
  • Strict adherence to the Key Account Management through appointments, e-mail correspondence/ telephone calls as per KPIs developed by the organization.
  • Work along with the Delivery Head & Sales Team on deepening the client accounts and resolving issues, if any.
  • Take complete responsibility of managing and maintaining the Client Health Card.
  • Manage the flow of day-to-day operations for the delivery team.
  • Assess all requirements and assign it to the team or work hands to fulfil the team target.
  • Constantly check on the delivery team's call/submission/Interview volume, separately for each team member.
  • Assess recruiter training needs and provide/arrange any training based on the team member’s needs.
  • Be the first level of contact for the front-enders in the team on client relationship and resolving issues
  • Responsible for the team’s KPIs and each team members performance on a daily / weekly / monthly basis
  • To complete the individual target and the overall team’s performance.
  • Manage the sourcing and validation based on the profiling parameters and short-list resumes based on specific criteria, skills, qualifications and relevant experience.
  • Schedule Interviews & drives or line-up and focus on closure
  • Manage candidate offers which includes offer facilitation, offer negotiation with the candidate and complete administration by constant follow-up till the candidate joins the organization.
