Talent Sourcing Specialist (6 months Contract)


  • As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will focus on skill sets such as Sales, Non-IT Software Engineers, Systems Architects, Big Data Engineers, Machine Learning and project managers/leads.
  • Manage full cycle recruiting process ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience.
  • Leverage multiple sourcing strategies and channels including job boards, cold calling, and internal referrals to provide high-quality candidates for open positions.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and goals.
  • Screen resumes, interview qualified candidates, evaluate skill level, manage offer process, reference checks, and make salary recommendations.
  • Partner with Hiring Managers to understand requisition requirements and develop a plan for sourcing candidates across all our functions.
  • Oversee the full life-cycle recruitment and related roles and ensure Recruiting and Interview Team SLAs are met.
  • Act as the main point of contact for candidates and hiring managers throughout the interview process.
  • Monitor Industry, market, and competitor activities and provide feedback to the leadership.
  • Help drive special projects and recruiting initiatives forward and generally liaising different stakeholders to elevate internal excitement around Recruiting.


Required Skill Set:

  • 1 to 5 years of experience in IT recruitment, Sales & Technical recruiting experience
  • Ability to handle multiple high-priority requisitions at a time across multiple geographies and Hiring Managers.
  • Experience utilizing data and metrics to show results.
  • An expert level of knowledge in all full lifecycle recruiting components including, but not limited to, sourcing, qualifying, networking, wage and salary trends, relationship management, and due diligence.
  • Demonstrated ability to recruit for all levels of an organization with exposure to hiring from entry-level to senior management positions.
  • Proven organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to prioritize and work well in an environment with competing demands.
