Position: SAP MDG with S/4HANA Project Manager
Job Description:
Role Overview: The SAP MDG with S/4HANA Project Manager is responsible for leading and managing all aspects of the Master Data Governance (MDG) implementation within the SAP S/4HANA environment. This role involves coordinating project activities, managing resources, and ensuring the project is delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Planning and Initiation:
• Develop and maintain a comprehensive project plan, including scope, schedule, budget, and resource allocation.
• Define project objectives and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Conduct project kick-off meetings and communicate project goals and expectations to the team.
Project Execution:
• Lead the project team, ensuring that tasks are assigned and completed according to the project plan.
• Monitor project progress and take proactive measures to address issues and risks.
• Ensure alignment with SAP best practices and S/4HANA implementation guidelines.
Stakeholder Management:
• Establish strong relationships with key stakeholders, including business leaders, IT teams, and external partners.
• Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders on a regular basis.
• Manage expectations and ensure alignment with business objectives.
Resource Management:
• Allocate and manage project resources effectively, including project team members, consultants, and third-party vendors.
• Identify resource gaps and take actions to address them.
Quality Assurance:
• Ensure that the MDG implementation meets quality standards and follows best practices.
• Implement and monitor quality assurance processes and testing activities.
Budget and Cost Management:
• Monitor project budget and expenses.
• Take corrective actions to manage costs and stay within budget constraints.
Risk and Issue Management:
• Identify and assess project risks and issues.
• Develop and execute risk mitigation and issue resolution strategies.
Change Management:
• Collaborate with change management teams to plan and execute change initiatives related to MDG and S/4HANA adoption.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field.
• Proven experience in project management, especially in SAP MDG and S/4HANA projects.
• PMP or other relevant project management certification is a plus.
• Strong understanding & execution of SAP MDG and S/4HANA.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
