IT planning VP would be working on resource management (Hiring), reporting on project Progress, Project Budget Utilization / Forecast, Expense Budget Utilization/Forecast, Resource Utilization / Forecast.
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage the overall ASO planning working closely with ASO management and MES management
- Managing resource forecast with support required in hiring process
- Manage resource availability as per demand
- Maintain and update status of active projects
- Gather data about project progress and produce reports for management
- Plan training of team members
- Support IT development team by creating project plans, tracking resource utilization and documentation
- Perform IT asset procurement, payment and asset capitalization
- Compare actuals to forecast at the end of each reporting period, and report on significant variances.
- Should have excellent reporting skills using either office automation tools or specific software.
Competencies Needed:
- Agile project management
- Experience in project budget, finance & progress management
- Good to have Experience / Knowledge of DevOps
- Have Project Management skills based on standard Project Management framework
- Have experience of working with cross cultural work environment beyond India
- Have a mindset and skills to solve issues by himself/herself
